DESCRIPTION:Dear Friends and Supporters\, \nOn Tuesday\, June 3\, 2025\, the Tri-State Italian-American Congress will hold its Annual Dinner Reception at the Metropolitan Club at One East 60th Street in New York City. This year\, we will be honoring “America’s Tenor” Christopher Macchio. Joining us as our esteemed Honored Guest will be His Eminence Timothy Cardinal Dolan\, Archbishop of New York. \nPlease see attach the pdf invitation \nChristopher Macchio is an internationally acclaimed classical-crossover tenor known for powerful performances at iconic venues including the U.S. Capitol Rotunda\, for the Inauguration of the 47th President of the United States\, The White House\, Madison Square Garden\, and Carnegie Hall. He has headlined 10 consecutive sold-out concerts at Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center\, and appeared on global broadcasts from PBS to FOX\, NBC\, ABC\, and RAI. \nClassically trained at the Manhattan School of Music\, Macchio made his professional debut in PBS’s Bell’Aria: Live from Las Vegas and recently returned to the opera stage in Ireland\, with upcoming engagements in Germany\, Spain\, and Austria. He has collaborated with Grammy-winners Peabo Bryson and Al Jardine\, as well as American Idol finalist Haley Reinhart\, and shared the stage with legendary producer David Foster. \nMacchio has expanded into acting\, with vocal features in the films Cabrini and DON Q.
