DESCRIPTION:Thank you for supporting our annual golf outing! \nDear Friends and Supporters\, \nOn behalf of the Tri-State Italian-American Congress and our hard working Tri-State Italian-American Congress 2019 Golf Committee\, we would like to personally thank you for your participation in the Golf Outing held on Tuesday\, September 17\, 2019. \nThis year’s event was a great success\, thanks to a large part by you. Your participation was part of a growing number of supporters and sponsors that made this year’s event a great success. Mother Nature gave us a perfect day! We had a great weather day for golf at Engineers and Glen Head Country Clubs.\nWe are thankful to all of our sponsors for their support. Particularly our event sponsors – Inserra Shop-Rite Supermarkets\, Signature Bank\, Ozone Refrigeration\, Associated Food Stores\,  Key Food Group\, Westside Foods\, El Sol\, DME Electrical\, Krasdale\, UNFI\, Alfa Romeo of Westbury\,  Enzo’s of Arthur Ave\, Boar’s Head\, Arthur P. Kaplan Agency and Uncle Giuseppe’s. \n \nNew this year\, the highlight of the evening\, this year\, was the raffle at the event an Alfa Romeo Giulia car. DESCRIPTION:Dear Friends and Supporters\,\n\nThe Tri-State Italian-American Congress invites you to another exceptional day of golf at our 2019 Golf Outing. This event has become much more than a golf tournament over the years\, and is one of the premiere golf events of the year\, both on and off the links!  Once again it is being held at two top clubs in the Tri-State area\, Engineers Country Club and Glen Head Country Club\, onTuesday\, September 17\, 2019.  The clubs are 2 ½ miles apart and have 18 holes each\, and both have hosted major PGA Championships throughout the years. This event not only benefits our Tri-State scholarship fund that aids Italian-American students in furthering their educations\, but also offers exposure for the organization and an opportunity to make new friends. With a total of 36 holes\, we have availability to book additional golfers and tee signs\, as well in order to maximize our fund raising efforts.\n\nPlease consider playing at or perhaps taking a sponsorship for this event.  The enclosed materials outline all of the opportunities available\, from foursomes\, to tee signs\, to full-fledged sponsorship opportunities. This year\, we will be honoring David Muscato and Marie Unanue. His Eminence Timothy Cardinal Dolan\, Archbishop of New York will be our HonoredGuest.\n \nMr. Muscato is currently the President of DS Services North America\, a division of the Cott Corporation. Cott is a leading North American and European water\, coffee\, tea and filtration service provider within home and office delivery\, foodservice\, convenience and hospitality. In his role as President\, he plays a critical role in the development and execution of the company’s strategy\, which emphasizes growth in sales of its water and coffee portfolio. Mr. Muscato has an extensive background in general management\, sales and marketing\, global business operations and all aspects of E-commerce direct-to-consumer businesses.\n \nMrs. Unanue is the new author of a children’s book series\, The Adventures of Phatty & Payaso. She plans to use the release of her upcoming children’s novel as the platform to become a kindness and anti-bullying advocate.
